�=- .-�„ <br /> -� C�t� o� ORONO _ <br /> � d . <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. ��a �' <br /> � <br /> • � • • <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> HOLLY ACRES 2ND ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the 'laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> � subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and <br /> , WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision plat by Hildur P. Hollander the subdivider; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br /> the platting regulations of the .City, including: <br /> 1. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility <br /> easements. • <br /> • 2. Payment to th� City for the legal review of all � <br /> pertinent documents and the filing of the plat <br /> in the amount of $75.00 . _ <br /> 3. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in . <br /> tfie amount of $1,000 .00 . � <br /> NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Holly Acres 2nd Addition, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Al1 conditions of Resolution 1055 approving the original <br /> plat of Holly Acres which applied to the property now <br /> redivided as Holly Acres 2nd Addition shall continue in � <br /> effect; this would include a road and utilities easement <br /> under and over Hollander Road 'and a declaration of <br /> private road easement and maintenance of that same <br /> . Hollander Road. ._ <br /> 2 . Per Resolution 1055, building permits for principal <br /> and/or accessoiy structures will not be issued for <br /> !Outlot B, Holly Acres, until a resubdivision is <br /> � approved. The farm house and rental house on Outlot B <br /> are considered non conforming uses and subject to all <br /> pertinent ordinances o°f the Orbno Zoning Code. <br /> • 3. Access to Lots 1,2,3, and 4 Block 1, shall be via <br /> _Hollander Road. Lot 5, Block 1 is the only lot <br /> approved for. direct access onto County Road 6 finding <br /> � a private access easement via lots 3 and 4 would severely <br /> limit the proposed building sites. <br />
