2. Setbacks and yard requ= cements for Lot 2 shall be as shown on the <br />preliminary plat drawina:- - file with the City. <br />3. The aforesaid plat gall be filed by the City of Orono wi.—. the <br />Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before December 9, i:86 <br />together with a certified original copy of this Resolution. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat <br />has not been filed by the date specified above.
