Gerhardson, Public Works Coordinator <br />DATE: June 4, 1986 <br />SOBJ: Crystal Bay Post Office Lease <br />As you are aware, the City owns the building housing the Crystal <br />Bay Post Office. <br />As it is renewal time, it is necessary to enter into an agreement <br />with the postal service similar to the agreements in the past. <br />The only change in the leas- agreement is that rather than a 30 <br />day notice by either party, k, are both required to give 180 days <br />notice. <br />Also attached is a resolution authorizing the City Administrator <br />to sign the lease agreement. <br />PROPOSED MOTION: Moved by , seconded by Y , to ratify <br />the lease with the U.S. Postal Service and authori: the City <br />Administrator to sign such agreement.
