A residence <br />and driveway could easily be constructed meeting the hardcover <br />standards.. <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of a lot area and <br />lot width variance based on the following findings: <br />1. No other adjacent land is a.vailablF- <br />- Sewer is available and the property has been assessed <br />for footage and one sewer unit. <br />3. The lot fits into they general e:;isting development <br />pattern of the immediate neighborhood. <br />The variances requested are quite similar to and consistent <br />with those approved for Harry Brocl::opp on WildhUrst 1rai1 and <br />Robert Haapala on Dahl Road earlier this year. A resolution for <br />approval is attached. <br />
