The portions of the wall located within the <br />street yard (within 50' of the street lot line) adjacent to Bracketts <br />Point Road is in violation of the height allowance for walls. The <br />section of new stockade fence that will link the wall with existing <br />stockade fence is located in the side yard (beginning at the 50 foot <br />setback line) and is permitted. <br />
