He explained the proposed plan <br />which consisted of ari entry additio:i and a garage with a <br />second story storage room; area.. the garage addition is <br />proposed at 7.7' from side setback, 3.5' from :street <br />setback, and proposed at 2(" 4n height (30' allowed). <br />He noted that hardcover trade-offs woulc: create a small <br />decrease in exi .ting hardcover. <br />Stan & Betty Rudd, 601 Park Lane,. were present for this <br />matter. Mr. Rudd stated that they wlr r.e agreeable to a <br />g.-ii Age 4ddition 15' in height.
