0 <br />French Road, so-called; thence Southerly along said French Road <br />to beginning, Section 9, Townsliip 117, Range 23, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota. <br />whereon is situated the dwelling house in which said RAY FORDE now lives, <br />to MINNESOTA CHAPTER of THE NATURE CONSERVIUNCY, INC., a <br />charitable corporation, with the request that the same be operated and <br />managed in its approximate natural state as a place whereon wild fowl and <br />other wild game will be allowed to congregate on this land as a natural <br />area. <br />It is my hope and expectation that the MINNESOTA CHAPTER <br />of THE NATURE CONSERVANCY, INC, shall maintain and operate this <br />property on an admissions basis or by other proper and suitable method, if <br />compatible with the stated use, whereby sufficient revenue will be obtained <br />for the conduct of a game refuge area. <br />If the devise and bequest under this Paragraph A u.' ARTICLE <br />FOUR set forth above to MINNESOTA CHAPTER of THE NATURE <br />CONSERVANCY, INC., a cha: itable corporation, is not acceptable to it, <br />then I give, devise and bequeath said property to HENNEPIN COUNTY PARK <br />RESERVE DISTRICT upon the same terms and conditions as set forth herein - <br />above.
