I <br />WILL <br />CF <br />I.OI,_ N. HOPPE <br />I, LORA N. IIOPPE, whose full name is Lora Noerenberg Hoppe, <br />of Hennepin County, Minnesota, make and declare this my will, and I revoke <br />all wills and codicils made by me prior to the date of this will. <br />ARTICLE ONE <br />I direct my executors, hereinafter named, to pay all of my <br />funeral expenses, expenses of last illness, claims allowed in the adminis- <br />tration of my estate, federal and state income and gift taxes owed by me at <br />the time of my death, expenses of the administration of my estate and all <br />death taxes of any character (including interest and penalties) imposed by <br />reason of my death with respect to any property treated as a part of my <br />taxable estate for purposes of any such tax. My executors shall not <br />recover any portion of any such taxes from the recipient of any part of the <br />property constituting my taxable estate whether disposed of by this will or <br />not. <br />ARTICLE TWO <br />I give the following legacies tr• those of the following persons <br />who survive me: <br />A. To GUSTAV DELCOUMT, of 1\1huteapolis, 11[inne nota, if he <br />survives me, one thousand (1, 000) shards of Grain Belt <br />Preweries, Inc. capital stock. <br />r <br />J <br />C.
