NO. 1423 <br /> � � • • _— <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> WITH SCHLEE-BUILDER' S INC. <br /> WHEREAS, Schlee Builder ' s, Inc, has proposed a sub- <br /> division of land in Orono, which_subdivision received preliminary <br /> approvalfrom" the City Council by Resolution #1404 adopted August 23 , <br /> 1982; and <br /> WHEREAS, a condition of �said preliminary approval resolution <br /> was that Schlee Builder's, Inc. would enter into a Subdivision <br /> Agreement with the City to provide for the construction and installa- <br /> tion of public and private improvements serving said subdivision. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br /> and directed to enter into the attached Subdivision Agreement with <br /> • Schlee Builder 's, Inc. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono; Minnesota on this <br /> i� day of �r_t�ber , 1982 by a vote of 3 Ayes and 0 Nay,s. <br /> . ,• <br /> _ <br /> � . <br /> William B. n Nest, Mayor <br /> 4 <br /> Mary C.
