This was discussed by the City <br /> Council on June 22, 1981, but no action was , <br /> • taken at the request of Welsh' s attorney who <br /> instead requested reconsideration by the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> d) Planning Commission reconsideration at their <br /> � July, 1981, meetings was not possible because <br /> the. promised docurrientation was not provided <br /> by Welsh' s attorney until .August 7, 1981. <br /> e) The new documentation was reviewed by the Planning <br /> Commission on August 17, 1981, and again by the <br /> City Council on September 28, �1981, at which <br /> time the applicant requested tabling so they <br /> could provide additional information to the <br /> Counci�l. . <br /> f) Instead of providing any information to the City <br /> staff, We`lsh's attorney wrote directly to the <br /> City Attorney citing legal arguements. <br /> g) After completion of the City Attorney's 1ega1 <br /> review, �the �Welsh application was again heard <br /> by the City Council on November 23, 1981,. at � <br /> . which time the applicant again requested the <br /> Council to table all action so as to clarify <br /> . many questions raised concerning conflicting <br /> � � surveys and documentation provided to date. <br /> Revised surveys were promised "soon" but in fact <br /> were not submitted to the City until May 14, <br /> 1982, six months later. <br /> 1 ?_ �f 1�5� <br />
