MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING FIELD MAY j2, 1986 <br />#1019 RALPH 14ARTINSON <br />2525 WOODHAVEN DRIVE <br />PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION APPROVAL <br />RESOLUTION #1990 <br />R1-1ph P1a? tinson was present for this matter. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained the preliminary <br />subdivision request which meets all the standards except <br />having frontage on public street. He noted that the <br />resolution should be amended in the same manner as the <br />previous application. <br />It was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br />Ae:ams, to adopt Resolution #1990 as presented granting <br />preliminary subcivision approval with the additional <br />notation that a variance is granted to the "frontage on <br />a public street" code requirement. Motion, Ayes 3, Nays <br />0. <br />#1021 JAN & NORA ARF.RBERG <br />4075 BIGHWOOD ROAD <br />VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTION #1991 <br />Nora Akerberg was present for this matter. <br />EIiGINEER' S REPORT: <br />City administrator Bernhardson explained the request to <br />approve hardcover in excess of the allowable limits <br />concurrent with hardcover removal in the 75-250' setback <br />zone. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron noted that <br />Planning Commiss --.-,n recommende7 approval to allow a <br />slight incrt_se in order for a drainage area of <br />hardcover to remain. <br />It. was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br />Grahek, to adopt Resolution #1991 as drafted. Motion, <br />Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />Engineer Cook had nothing to report at this time. <br />MAYOR'S REPORT: <br />EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXERCISE <br />It was moved by Councilmember Grabek, seconded by <br />Councilmember Adams, to accept the information regarding <br />the emergency preparedness exercise on April 22, 1986. <br />Motion, T.yes 3, Nays 0. <br />8 <br />
