These two aspects of <br />the project are not of the same significance as the necessity of obtaining <br />the lot split and dealing with the issue of fill previously placed on the <br />property. <br />In any event, I hope this provides sufficient information for ycu and the <br />Planning Commission and City Council members so that there is a full and <br />complete un;.erstanding of the scope of this project.
