PAGE 5 <br />#990 FERRELL continued <br />Chairman Callahan noted that the application was incomplete <br />absent a survey of property containing the existing house and <br />septic site information necessary for assurance of an <br />alternate septic site if needed. <br />Mr. & Mrs. Ward Ferrell were present for this matter. Mr. <br />Ferrell stated that there should be no problem with an <br />auxilliary system being the lot is 3/4 acre, thtirefore not <br />necessary. Mr. Ferrell felt that a survey of the property <br />with existing house was also not necessary. <br />Chairman Callahan stated that thisinf—mation was necessary <br />and was requested from him last May and `r y would not act <br />un`il this information was provided. <br />Mr. Ferrell stated he had a survey dated 1958 and would submit <br />it. Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaff ron stated he would <br />look at the survey and determine if it would be adequate. <br />There were no persons present regarding this matter at this <br />time. <br />It was moved by Chairman Callahan, seconded by Kelley, to <br />table this request pending a complete application. Motion, <br />Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br />Chairman Callahan advised applicant that they would give him <br />their gener,;l opinions regarding his request although <br />5ubm scion of I he survey and septic site information may make <br />a difference. <br />Goetten stated she was personnally opposed three lots. <br />Kelley, referring to his statement in the Planning <br />Commission minutes dated 4/15/85, elt that Lots 7 & 8 should <br />be combined into one lot to allow the existing home and one <br />other lot. <br />Taylor and Mcoonald agreed with Kelley's opinion. <br />Rovegno and Callahan felt that two lots with dwellings would <br />probably be reasonable with the proper septic site testing, <br />th,_ee lots would be setting precedent. <br />i991 WILLIAM ULRICH <br />535 BORN'S POINT ROAD <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />PUBLIC HEARING 9:40 - 10:37 <br />Chairman Callahan explained the after -the -fact application <br />for a conditional use permit and variance to do grading and <br />fiilinq within 75` of lakeshore. <br />
