The original <br />ground elevation of the previous residence :s at the 946 elevation but the <br />garage elevation was at approximately 944 elevation. <br />The foundation required excavations of 5 feet at the southern end ranging <br />to 15 feet cuts to the north side. The majority of Lhe fill and mounds of <br />earth found on the site remain from the removal of all native soil from the <br />foundation excavation in order to make room for the sand base under the <br />foundation block and footings. They have recommen-'-d approval of the total final grading <br />plans except for the berming along Bohn's Point Rd. Planning Commission <br />has asked Council to consider the following coiditions: <br />1. Limit hardcover within 0-75' setback 4 rea to 200 s.t.. for access <br />stairs to lake for northern lot. <br />2. The berms proposed within Area 3 (per staff sketch - Exhibit K) are <br />to be removed and entire area restored to ^atural or original state. <br />3. Right-of-way of Bohn's Point Rd. to be restored. <br />4. Geothermal heating & cooling system and proposed seawall will <br />require a separate conditional use permit reviews. <br />5. Existing house on northern lot to be removed by July 1, 1986 <br />applicant agreed that 60 days from the date weight restrictions were <br />removed from roads would be acceptable. Weight restrictions were <br />removed on May 1, 1986. Applicant no longer lives in residential <br />structure. <br />Council Action - <br />To give conceptual direction to staff to draft a resolution for action at <br />your May 27th meeting. <br />
