-..-� <br /> - d �::.�: � C�t� o� ORONO <br /> t . <br /> � ' ' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL . <br /> � -`� NO. 1405 <br /> � <br /> • � • • A RESOLUTZON APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> HALCYON HOLLOW <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the 5tate of Minnesota; and' <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City. Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision plat by John D. Watson, the subdivider; and <br /> WHEREAS, the lats of the proposed plat have been found to meet <br /> � all the standards of the LR-1C zoning district and that each lot can <br /> support a residential unit without the need for �variances; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has compl.eted all requirements of the <br /> platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> � 1) Dedication on the plat of �ight ot way for a public <br /> road, shown as Togo Road. <br /> 2) Dedication� on the plat �of a utility easement over <br /> a public ,sanitary sewer lift station located on <br /> Lot 2, Block 1. <br /> 3) Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation <br /> Easement providing for limitations on the use of <br /> wetlands and/or drainageways described therein and <br /> shown on the plat as "drainage easements" . <br /> 4) Payment to- the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the <br /> amount of $440.00 . <br /> • 5) Payment to the City for the legal review and filing . <br /> ` of the final plat and accompanying documents in <br /> � the amount of $75.00. <br /> � NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br /> of Orono hereby approves the plat of Halcyon H ollow, Hennepin County, � <br /> Minnesota, subject to the following condition <br /> + ,�� <br /> �� .. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
