The Council further orders that all personal property or �fixtures that may unreasonably interfere with the ; razing be removed within 20 days of the service of this order, the City of Orono may remove and sell such personal property or fixtures at public �auction in accordance with law. ' � ; , 2) That the City Council of the City of Orono further orders that unless this corrective action is taken or an answer is served upon the City of Orono and filed in the Office of Clerk of Di:strict Court of Hennepin County, Minnesota, within 20 days from the date of the service of this order, a motion for ,. �,-� summary enforcement of this order will be made at , � District Court of Hennepin County. . 3) That the City Council of the City of Orono further � orders that if the City is compelled to take corrective action herein all necessary costs expanded b.y.., the City will. be assessed against the real estate :-�> concerned and collected in accordance with Minnesota " Statute, Section 463. 22. 4) That the City Council of O�ono hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor, City C1erk, City Administrator, City Attorney, and other officers and employees of the City to take such action, prepare, sign, and serve such papers as are necessary to comply. with this order and to assess the cost thereof against the real estate described above for collection along with taxes . � Adopted by the City Council this � day of � , 1982. , � i A-.'
