MINUTE:; OF THE: REGULAR ORONU COUNCI L MEETING HNLI1 MARCIf 10, 14I3b <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS continued <br />Counci l.momlwi Adams stated that was not. the tut a 1 of the <br />reasons and stated he did not w'-h to debate this <br />further in this forum. <br />Mr. Wheeler askeJ the Council ii they intend to honor <br />this request to reappoint Bill Sime and/or expand the <br />Planni.ig Commission to include him. he stated that if <br />the Cc.unci 1 memberF- do not honor the citizens desi ces, <br />they will have so. difficulty with re-election this <br />fall. <br />Bill Anlerson, 2760 Shadywood Rd., notea tndC. i1C would <br />like to get a copy of the minutes regarding this <br />subject. <br />Duane Hall, 1860 Shadywood Rd., asked Mayor Butler if <br />she planned to share her views regarding the charges <br />made by Mr. Sime its his letter to the Council. <br />Mayor Butler stated that she would not make any comment <br />regarding Mr. Sime's letter. <br />C-uncilmember. Frahm stated that Mr. Sime was asked to <br />at.pear before the Council. to discuss reappointment, but <br />he chose not to and rather wrote a letter regarding his <br />feelings. <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />#967 AN v <br />#966 HN B. IDSTROM <br />2580 PDX <br />PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION/ <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />Pr -Gen' for this matter were the applicant's, John B.A. <br />im II and David M. Ostreim, and their surveyor, <br />-onberg. <br />CAL ristrator Bernhardson explained the request for <br />a s ision with variance for driveway to cross <br />wecl, and a variance for frontage on a public street <br />togetl,jr with a request for a conditional use permit to <br />fill on wetlands. <br />Assista Zoning Administrator Gaffron refs -ed to his <br />memo on lot frontage requirement., regarding public: <br />street versus non-public street. He noted that the <br />subdivsion essentially meets the criteria save the <br />technicality of the frontage requirements. <br />
