McDonald moved, Goetten seconded to recommend ap- proval for a variance to enclose a small entryway for Robert Tschida, 1300 Fox Street based on the following findings: 1. The entryway enclosure will create a more energy -efficient home. 2. The entryway enclosure will likely not affect any neighbor's views, etc. 3.
