Chief. Burmaster <br />Attached to this memo you will f.inG a retirement form signed <br />by Winton Burmaster, retiring effective April 30, 1986. <br />Ass't Chief Burmaster started police service as zi part-time <br />officer in the City of Minnetrista in 1960. <br />He came to Orono on 10-1-62 and has served honorably proc;ressinq <br />through the ranks to Assistant Chief in Jaruary of 1980. <br />He has received many accolades from the community through <br />the years and has been ii credit to the D,par.tment and the <br />City. <br />PROPOSED MOTION: Moved by seconded by that Council accept the <br />resignation of Assistant Chief, Winton Burmaster, effective <br />April 30, 1986.
