Mr. Reed informed me that he scaled the survey himself <br />and came up with this definition. It appears to be a fairly close <br />description of where the driveway sits when one reviews the survey <br />given to us. Also, as you and I discussed, a 13-foot driveway is <br />not unreasonable. <br />Mr. Reed has also cent a copy of his proposed deed to the <br />title insurance company.
