M <br />TO: Mayor and City Council �h1 <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator '�- <br />DATE: March 24, 1986 <br />SOBJ: Tearse/Shaver Right -of -Way Permit <br />J�' <br />Attached please find a resolution that is the permit allowing us - <br />of City right-of-way for a dock for the Shaver/Teal se pr7pert-y. <br />The Council conceptually approved utilization of an independent <br />25'x25' parcel for construction of a dock which would extend onto <br />City's right-of-way. Conditions under which the permit is given <br />are -)utlined in the resolution.
