Place <br />The applicant, Richard Zuckman, was requested by staff to submit a <br />letter of no objection from the affected neighbor, Howard Johnson, <br />because Zuckman is relocating his slip no. 7 from the northerly side <br />of the dock to the southerly side (see attached map).
