HOUSING <br />Twenty motel -type units are included in the housing structure shown on the following <br />drawing. The plan indicates the upper of two floors. The lower floor would be accessible <br />to handicapped persons by direct access to grade, while the upper floor can be accessed by <br />a ramp extending north from the building to meet the sloping grade. The design of all of <br />these units world follow handicapped accessibility guidelines. As described previously, <br />this structure could be winterized for a possible winter camp program. This building <br />would house twenty couples or families. Maximum capacity would be 80 people at four per <br />
