In the case of projects requiring a construction permit or <br />other vork permit, such permit must be applied for within one year of the <br />date of conditional use approval or that approval will expire. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they <br />are available from the City Recorder or City Clerk after review and <br />approval by the City Council. <br />Per the directives of the resolution noted above, please see that the <br />following items are full lied prior to opening: <br />1. Application fur legal combination of the three seEarate parcels <br />that make up the 7 acre proerty. <br />2. Submit c copy of the current liability policy/coverage for the Big <br />Island Veterans' Camp. <br />Please contact staff by Tuesday, July 5th, 1989 to arrange for the <br />al,proS,riate inspection of the facility sometime (preferably in the p.m.) on <br />July 6th, 1988. <br />
