B. "Private Property, No Trespassing" signs will be <br />posted along the share lire and at all entry points to <br />the island. <br />C. All users will be required to register. During high <br />use periods w�_ will have a volunteer dedicated to signing <br />in guests. The care taker will ask all unregistered <br />trespassers to leave. <br />D. The water patrol, many of whom are veterans them- <br />selves, have been very watchful and frequent visitors to <br />she island during this vacant period. They are very <br />eager to respond in an instant's notice if needed to <br />control trespassers. <br />We propose the following maximum numbers of day -use visitors: <br />E. Normal Daily Maximum: 240.According to State <br />Health Department Campground Regulations, <br />Chapter 41%J30.0900, the eight toilets and urinals we <br />have will support 30 overnight camping groups or sites. <br />For toilet usage, if we consider one camping group <br />equivalent to two picnic groups, then we could have 60 <br />picnic groups. If there are four peopl per group then <br />the total would be 240 people. <br />F. The Hennepin County Health Department :.?s now said that since <br />we no longer have any food service and no quest rooms that <br />they no longer have jurisdiction in our cas.-. The State <br />Health Department governs campgrounds and we will get a <br />license and inspection from them when we open for overnight <br />camping. However, we do intend to follow Hennepin County <br />Health Guidelines for our toilets and they have requested we <br />send them interior elevations of the toilets for *--ir infor- <br />mation, which we will do. <br />9. We will quit using the caretaker septic Lystem by July 15, <br />1988.
