Lmenta 1 to the health, <br />safety or general welfare of the public, would not adversely affect <br />light, air nor pose a fire hazard or other danger to neighboring <br />properties, nor will its use depreciate surrounding property values <br />and that the proposed level of use of the property will be in keeping <br />with the intent and objectives of the Zoning Code and Comprehensive <br />Flan of , P City. <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br />Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City <br />Council hereby grants a Conditional Use Permit per Municipal Zoning Code <br />Section 10.31, Subdivision 3 (D) to permit overnight camping at Big Island <br />Veterans' Camp, Record Lot 1, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Prior to opening the cams, for overnight camping, the Orono staff <br />must inspect the facility to ensure the follcwing required <br />improvements have been completed: <br />A) All low lying shrubs and weeds to be trimmed within 100' of <br />the defined camp site area. Area to be maintained in same manner <br />throughout camping season. <br />-) All eleven remaining buildings to remain secured as directed <br />oy the Orono Building Inspection Department. <br />C) All designated fire stations to be ready for use for the 1989 <br />season.
