This <br />would include smoke detectors in all bedroom areas, and file <br />extinguishers per standards set forth in that same section. <br />10. once again, applicant is hereby advised that if at any <br />time the existing septic facilities are determined t-: be <br />insufficient or failing upon the regular inspection by the <br />Orono staff, that all or partial overnight camp use shall <br />cease. overnight camping at the 5 cabin/25 tent site level <br />sha l l not t,r roopened for public use until applicant has <br />installed adequate septic treatment facilities to support <br />sewage demands of the camp. <br />Additional Cossients and Planning Comission Recomendation - <br />May 8, 1990 <br />The Planning Commission had no major concern with the <br />proposal as presented as applicants have complied with all <br />conditions previously set forth in other land use approvals for <br />the camp use. The Planning Commission unanimously approved the <br />conditional use permit and variance for the amendment of the <br />conditional use permit for overnight camp use. The enclosed <br />resolution has been drafted for Council review and action. <br />
