City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1750 <br />2. The 7' x 8' storage building must be removed from <br />the 0-75' lakeshore setback area prior to issuance of a <br />certificate of occupancy for the principal structure on <br />the property, to be verified by staff at the time of <br />final inspection. <br />3. Applicant is placed on notice that no future hard- <br />cover variances will be --anted for this property, and <br />no other variances are qZ teJ at this time. <br />4. Authorities granted by this variance run with the <br />property not with the owner, but are permissive only <br />and must be exercised by application for a building <br />permit within one year of the date of Council approval, <br />or this variance will expire on that date (April 8, <br />1986). <br />5. Violation or non-compliance with any of the <br />terms and conditiins of this variance shall constitute <br />a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall he <br />punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />6.
