CITY OF ORONO <br />NOTICF <br />The Planning Commission will hold a Public Nearing in the <br />Coi nci 1 Chambers at 1.275 South Brown Road on Monday, March 18, <br />1985on the matter of the following land use applications: <br />1. # 9 0 0 James W. Ogland, Big Island Lots 25 & 26 Morse <br />Islajid i-ark - After the fact variances to hardcover and <br />lakeshore setbacks regulations for the construction of a <br />storage building. <br />2. 0901 Karl F. Johnson, 3393 Crystal Bay Road - Variances <br />to hardcover regulations for placement of gravel within 75 <br />feet of the lakeshore and for the storage of a boat that <br />exceeds 20 feet in length in his lakeshore yard. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time. <br />Written comments are solicited.
