Permit Application 85-180 received November 13, 1985.. <br />2. Certificate of survey dated April 2, 1984, revised August 23, 1985 <br />prepared by Mark Gronberg, P.E. <br />3. Culvert design computations, dated October 16, 1985, unsigned. <br />4. Copy of USGS quad map showing estimated boundaries of tributary <br />drainage area. <br />The Board approved the permit application. <br />This permit is valid for one year. If construction is not complete within one <br />(1) y!ar, an ex'ension must be requested.
