Planning Commission Recommendation <br />To recommend approval of the Class I subdivision application <br />of John S. Pi 11sbury Jr. and variance to pertinent sections of <br />Section 10.02 of the zoning code finding all standards of the <br />subdivisioncode have been satisfied and to approve a conditional <br />use permit for a caretaker residence or second residential unit. <br />on tract A finding that all regular lot requirements can be met <br />by the second unit. <br />Approval is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Caretaker apartment is for the sole use of the owner of <br />the principal residence and may not be rented. <br />2. Future owner of the larger parcel must grant an access <br />easement in favor of tract A. <br />The enclosed resolution has been drafted to include the <br />necessary finding and conditions to approve the subdivision <br />application of John S. Pillsbury Jr. <br />
