development being done at 1710 Shadywood Rd. <br />Assistant 'Zoning Administrator Gaffron explained the <br />request for a hardcover variance to construct an <br />addition and attached garage. (28 increase in 0-751; 68 <br />increase in 75-250' ). <br />Chris Palm was present for this matter along with their <br />agent Henry D. Lindner. <br />Mr. Lindner stated that they were open to suggestions <br />and their main concern was to be able to bring a 1940's <br />house to a livable size & condition. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron noted that there <br />was no average setback problem. <br />Planning Commission would like applicant to submit a <br />final plan eliminating some of the concrete, and <br />reducing the amount of proposed hardcover- in the 0-75'. <br />Planning Commission reviewed the possibilities and <br />suggested removal of some portions of hardcover. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this <br />matter and the public: hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Goetten, to <br />recommend approval: variance to allow 0-75' hardcover <br />addition subject to removal of 0-75' existing structures <br />to the north & east `A, B, & C ); and variance to allow <br />maximum of 30% (3,078 s.f.) hardcover in the 75- <br />250'zone- — bje-+- to a final proposed site plan being <br />submitte," fore the Council meeting for review. <br />Motion, Ayts 5, Nays 0. <br />#1009 WILLIAM M.
