SECOND SERIES <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Adams, that the City Council adopt <br />Ordinance #22 Second Series as amendmments to Ordinance <br />Numbers 5.25 and 6.08. Motion, Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />WOL.SFELD WOODS* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Adams, that Council direct staff to write <br />a letter supporting location of a caretaker in the <br />location most advantageous for that person to monitor <br />activiti.ec. ir, and around Wolsfeld Woods. Motion, Ayes <br />3, Nays 0. <br />1986 POLICE/L.ELS CONTRACT* <br />It. was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Counci lr,ember Adams, that the City Counci 1 accept the <br />settlement terms for. 1986 contract between the City of <br />Orono and Law Enforcement labor Services. Motion, Av_es <br />3, Nays 0. <br />1986 HEALTH CONTRIBUTION* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Adams, to a0just the amount for basic <br />life insurance and for family health insurance coverage <br />from $146 per month to $1.51 per month retroactive to <br />January 1, 1986. Mo'L.i on, Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />CATASTROPHIC SICK LEAVE BAND* <br />It was moved by Councilmember. Fra�,m, seconded by <br />Co-.snci lmemt-er Adams, that tt,._ Counci 1 amended the <br />policy for sick leave to include a bank for accrual of <br />up to 320 additional hours (for use in catastrophic <br />instances) when a person amasses more than 960 hours and <br />that staff prepare th,,} appropriate amendment to the <br />Administ_ative and Personnel Policy effective January 1, <br />1986. Motion, Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />STUBBS BAY SCHOOL <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Adams, that the City Council express its <br />gratitude to Katherine Cram for her offer of Stubbs Bay <br />School, but given the fact that the City need to move <br />together with the expense of fixing up and the fact that <br />the City does not have a strong use for it, that the <br />City respectfully decline the offer.
