i O <br /> � � <br /> • O O <br /> ��6. - CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> ti <br /> �� G'� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��SH�4�' NO. � � � � <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD <br /> OF GENERAL CONCEPT PLAN APPROVAL <br /> FOR ORONO AMBAR LLC AT 2060 WAYZATA BOULEVARD <br /> AS GRANTED IN RESOLUTION NO. 4619 <br /> � WHEREAS, on March 12, 2001 the Orono City Council adopted Resolution No. <br /> 4619 granting General Concept Plan Approval for property located at 2060 Wayzata Boulevard;and <br /> WHEREAS,Condition 6 of Resolution No.4619 states that the approval granted by <br /> said resolution will be effective for a period of 6 months after adoption, and if Development Plan <br /> and Final Plat Approval are not completed within 6 months, the terms and conditions of said <br /> Resolution become null and void,unless the City Council grants an extension to the effective period; <br /> and <br /> � WHEREAS,the Developer has not been able to complete the Development Plan and <br /> Final Plat Approval due to circumstances beyond his control in relation to the intended HUD <br /> financing associated with the project. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the General Concept Plan Approval <br /> granted in Resolution No. 4619 on March 12, 2001 is hereby extended an additional 6 months to <br /> March 12, 2002. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota this 27th day of August, 2001. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ' � ._ <br /> , <br /> i da S.
