This application w�as reviewed as 7oning File #O1-2669. <br /> 2. This property is located in the LR-1 C Zcning District,where .5 acre or 21,780 s.f. is <br /> ihe minimum lot area. The property consists of approximately .31 acres or 13,670 <br /> s.f. <br /> 3.
