We are proposing to extend the existing cabin 10 feet to the rear and add a 2nd story. <br />This would be a 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin with approx 1,800 sq ft. floor space when <br />finished. <br />We are requesting a variance because adding on to the existing home would be non <br />conforming.
