<br />The Planning Commission will hold
<br />public hearings in the Council Chambers at
<br />2780 Kelley Parkway on Monday, July 21
<br />1997, beginning at 7:00 p.m., on the matter of

<br />owners of the property located at 3265 Sixth
<br />Avenue North, request lakeshore setback, 1
<br />average lakeshore setback, side setback and
<br />street setback variances for additions to their
<br />exi~ting residence.
<br />2. #2253 David Reinhold, owner of the
<br />property located at 3551 Livingston Avenue,
<br />requests lot area and lot width variances to
