Box 66 NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />(952) 249-4600 DATE OF NOTICE: April 22, 2004 <br />TO: Greg Gappa COPIES: <br />Public Services Director <br />TYPE OF APPLICATION: Variance / CUP <br />DATE OF MEETING: April 19, 2004 <br />Planning Commission recommended as follows: <br />Motion to recommend approval of the variances and CUP to allow the wetland alteration and <br />driveway construction project, including filling of a portion of the wetland, excavation within 26' of the <br />wetland, and filling and hardcover within the 0-75' setback zone per the revised plan, subject to <br />establishment of a Conservation and Flowage Easement over the wetland, and subject to MCWD <br />permit approvals prior to commencement of construction activities. <br />VOTE: 7 FOR 0 AGAINST <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />City Council -Monday, April 26, 2004 7:00 p.m. <br />60-Day Review Period Extension. State law provides that Cities shall make decisions on zoning <br />requests within 60 days from the date of application, and that this review period may be extended <br />by notification to the applicant. Your application was received on February 23, 2004 and the 60-day <br />review period would end on April 23, 2004. However, because your application was tabled by the <br />Planning Commission on March 15, 2004, the earliest potential date of final Council action falls after <br />the 60-day period ends. Therefore, the 60-day review period is hereby extended an additional 60 <br />days to June 22, 2004. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes, they are available from the <br />City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning Commission.
