2. The application meets the standards of the requirements for an overnight camp in the <br />RS zoning district. <br />3. The proposed relocation of the cabin will meet all the requirements for a building <br />serving disabled persons and provide an identifiable entry point for visitors to the camp. <br />4. The applicant shall verify that the relocation of the cabin is not within the O'-75' setback from <br />the shoreline. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation: <br />To unanimously approve as submitted. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To approve the amended conditional use permit, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant will submit a certified survey indicating that the relocated cabin <br />is not within the 0'-75' setback from the shoreline. <br />2.
