Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Phone (612)473-7357 Fax 473-0510 <br />NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley <br />Parkway on Monday, March 17, 1997, beginning at 7:00 p.m., on the matter of reviewing the <br />following land use applications: <br />1. #2213 Jim Zimmerman, owner of the property located at 2745 Shadywood Road, is <br />requesting a conditional use permit to allow construction of a permanent dock on the <br />property. <br />2. #2214 Richard Kozicky, owner of the property located at 2016 Shadywood Road, requests <br />a variance for hardcover in the 75-250' setback area and average lakeshore setback variance <br />for a garage and laundry addition at the street side and proposed deck, porch and patio at the <br />lakeside. <br />3. #2216 Winston and Barbara Adams, owners of the property located at 3195 Casco Circle, <br />are requesting a hardcover variance in the 75-250' setback area to construct a new residence <br />with the existing residence to be removed. <br />4. #2217 John Thimmesh, owner of the property located at 1945 Fagerness Point Road, is <br />requesting a variance for rear setback and hardcover in the 75-250' setback zone to allow for <br />an addition of an attached garage to the east side of an existing residence. <br />5. #2219 Penny Saiki, owner of the property located at 2874 Casco Point Road, is requesting <br />a variance to relocate an existing garage which requires a front setback variance. The <br />application also includes a street setback variance and a variance to place the garage in front <br />of the principal structure setback. <br />6. #2220 William and Karen Peters, owners of the property located 1950 Concordia Street, are <br />requesting an average lakeshore setback variance to construct a new residence on a vacant <br />lot. <br />7. #2221 Sven A. Wasberg and Arlene DeCandia, owners of the property located at 3115 North <br />Shore Drive, are requesting the following variances to construct a new residence: lot area, <br />lot width, hardcover in the 0-75' setback area, lot coverage, front and side setbacks, and <br />average lakeshore setback.
