The application also <br />includes a street setback variance arid a <br />variance to place the garage in front of the <br />prinicpal structure setback. <br />6 .. #2220 William and Karen Peters, <br />owners· of the property located 1950 <br />. Concordia Street, are requesting an average <br />lakeshore setback variance to construct a <br />new residence on a vacant lot. <br />7. #2221 Sven A.
