MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Tuesday, February 16, 2010 <br />6:30 o'clock p.m. <br />Acting Chair Schoenzeit opened the public hearing at 8:27 p.m. <br />Ted Hanna stated he is here on behalf of his mother, who owns 130 Big Island. <br />Turner stated the City would have mailed his father a notice back in 1983 asking him for his signature, <br />which was never processed by the City for some reason. <br />Acting Chair Schoenzeit closed the public hearing at 8:29 p.m. <br />Feuss moved, Rice seconded, to recommend approval of Application #10-3449, City of Orono on <br />behalf of Lani S. Pennington, 130 Big Island, granting of a lot area variance; to recommend <br />approval of Application #10-3450, City of Orono on behalf ofV.C. McClellan and C.A.H. Clancy, <br />350 Big Island, granting of a lot area variance; to recommend approval of Application #10-3451, <br />City of Orono on behalf of Christopher Johnson Bollis, 470 Big Island, granting of a lot area <br />variance; to recommend approval of Application #10-3452, City of Orono on behalf of Fred A. <br />Bruntjen, 240/250 Big Island, granting of a lot area variance.
