The <br />information requested on the following (attached) forms is necessary <br />to correctly draft that resolution according to the requirements <br />contained in the ordinance: <br />#1. Blue Form: This is simply the standard notice form giving your <br />lot identification, size and classification. You do not need <br />to do anything with this unless there is an error in the <br />information we show. <br />#2 & 3 Forms: not included -not applicable to your situation. <br />#4-1. Yellow Form: <br />use permit. <br />Information needed for principal use conditional <br />#4-3. Yellow Form: Information needed for domestic farm animal <br />conditional use permit. <br />#5. Gold Form: Information needed for issuance of a license to <br />formally authorize use of the public right-of-way for access <br />to your inland lot. You may want to refer to Section 34.365 <br />in the ordinance. ·
