The City has prepared the legal combination form for your execution. <br />Please arrange to sign the three original amended resolution copies at the City offices <br />(Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30). All persons with an interest in the property must sign <br />the resolutions. <br />Variance approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and as noted in the <br />approval resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. <br />Variance approval expires one year after date of approval.
