In that <br />same year, the property was sold on a contract for deed. The pri?ert,., <br />was conveyed back to Ski Tonka (Primus) in 1974 and remained in Ski <br />Tonka's ownership until 1978, when it was sold to the present owner. <br />During that four-year period, the property was rc-zoned to RR-1A, <br />five acre minimum lot size. Ir was during that four-year period that <br />the property was subject to the common ownership standards of the City. <br />If the subject prope3r c.y was to be resold and separated from the I ar,aer <br />parcel, there should have been a division giving 4740 Bayside an <br />additional four acres.
