Staff has confirmed that this ,i is <br />adequate to handle all future septic and building <br />expansion needs. To ask for an addition of 1 acre <br />would be a financial burden for the Dunns and <br />require needless charity on the part of the <br />applicant. <br />Goetten moved, Sime seconded, to approve the lot <br />area and lot width variance application of Ski <br />Tonka, Inc.subje-t to the following conditions: <br />1. Filing ')f a lot line rearrangement <br />subdivision with the City, creating a 49' X 238' <br />parcel to be combined with the property located at <br />47401 Bayside Road, this subdivision and <br />-nmbination will now bring the property up to 1.3 <br />.:ras. <br />?. Access to the I a r 1,'r parcel shal l be via <br />McCulley Road. <br />3.
