TO: Ralph Martin <br />FROM: Mike Scheller <br />DATE: May 3, 1971 <br />SUBJECT: Division - Lee Primus - 4740 Bayside Road <br />Lee Primus is asking for a division of one acre from 17.S acres, <br />legally described as Section 31, Parcel 2420, 4740 Bayside Road. <br />The lot fronts the street, has some old buildings on it, and meets <br />all the requirements of the R-1C zone. <br />The stated purpose is to receive a separate tax statement for the <br />house as separated from the 17.5 acres. <br />REMARKSS THIS IS A ROUTINE DIVISION THAT MEETS ALL <br />REQUIREMENTS AND IS RECOMMENDED BY THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION.
