TO: Administrator <br />FROM: Inspector <br />DATE: June 27, 1968 <br />SUBJECT: David Sipprell Division <br />navid Sipprell, 2205 Bayview Place, is asking for a division <br />Of his property consisting of Lots 20, 21 and 22, Wallace's <br />Addition to Minnetonka Beach, Parcel 2410. The area cons4;ts <br />of approximately 24,000 square feet. It is in single separate <br />ownership and is serviced by sewer. <br />The division would divide the property approximately in one-half, <br />which would leave the lots 12,000 square feet each. This is in <br />the R-lD area, k a� re and 100 foot frontagg. Frontage require- <br />ments would be metLbut the area would not.11 It would require a <br />variance. • <br />Mr. Sipprell's reason for dividing this property is that he has <br />tremendous frontage for the amount of space necessitating a <br />high sewer assessment. <br />Mr. Sipprell's house is located on Lot 20 and is hooked up to <br />sewer. <br />
