MINUTES OF A PLANNING CQtiISSICN W-1--PING HELD MAY 16, 1977 - PACE 6 <br />Mr. Kohs was present. Planning Co►nnission reviewed final <br />mylar and hardshell. final Plat meets all the require- <br />ments. Commission again reminded Mr. Kohs that any <br />future division of the larger lot would result in only <br />one lakeshore lot. <br />McDonald moved, Guthrie seconded, to recortiend approval <br />of the final plat subject to the Park Dedication Fee and <br />with the understanding that any future subdivision of <br />the larger lot would result in only one lakeshore lot. <br />Motion - Ayes (S), Nays (0). <br />A Public Hearing was scheduled for Monday, .June 6, 1977, <br />at 1:4S p.m. <br />The Planning Commission took action on the following <br />work session item: <br />Randy Fredrickson was present. He is requesting approval <br />for an addition to his existing home. Al Olson stated <br />that work had been started on this project and that a <br />stop work order had been placed. Mr. Fredrickson submitted <br />a letter of approval from neighbors Gustafson and Terp. <br />When asked about the status of his septic system, Mr. <br />Fredrickson responded that it was functioning properly, <br />but he had no idea what kind of system it was. <br />Guthrie moved, Hosfield seconded, to recommend approval <br />on the basis that no other land is available, written <br />letter of approval from neighbors which was presented <br />by the applicant, addition would not require any setback <br />variances. Motion - Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />Because this was approved as a work session itun, !-orround- <br />ing property owners will be notified of the Council meeting. <br />Sandy Ritter, o►dner's architect, was present to discuss <br />proposal with the Planning Commission. Ile was advised of <br />materials and information required for prover analysis of <br />the proposal, and he indicated that it would be impossible <br />to have this to the City in time to hold the ,June 6, 1977, <br />public hearing which has therefore been postlx)ned. Ile did <br />indicate that the lots would be sold Pi building sites only; <br />that they would be sold fee simple w4th common association <br />ownership of open slAce; roads are to be private; wetlands <br />m xi open space are to have conservation easements deeded to <br />tie City. Separate plats will be filed for ^ach city. <br />R.
