The City shall not accept renewal <br />license applications received after February 1 unless the application <br />is accompanied by a late fF:,e of $25.00. <br />REVIEW PROCEDURE <br />When e complete application is received, the application will be <br />reviewed by the City Council and, in the case of new or unusual <br />applications, also by the Plznning Commission and Marina Committee. <br />The Council will pass upon the .oplication after cr�—)lete review. <br />THE SUBJECT DOCK MAY BE INSTALLED AND/OR OPENED FOR USE ONLY UPON <br />APPROVAL OF THE LICENSE BY THE CITY COUNCIL. <br />Pursuant to Section 5.42 of the Orono Municipal Code, the applicant <br />hereby requests the Orono City Council to review this Joint Use Dock <br />License Application, and agrees and authorizes the City of Orono and <br />the City's employees and agents to enter upon the property at any <br />reasonable: time tc� perform safety and code compliance inspections. <br />1� <br />i Sigr,ec. <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />
